Joshua Peck Coaching
Sales Skills Lab

Same day. Same time. Every week.

Reps, not lectures. We run the objection out loud, break down where the call went sideways, and run it again. Bring your producers.

Wednesdays · 11:00 AM Central

The format

What an hour actually looks like.

Open with the week

What came up, what got lost, what worked. Members bring live situations from their own book, not hypotheticals.

Run the objection

One objection per session, worked properly. Price. Loyalty to the current agent. "Send me something in writing." "I need to talk to my spouse." We say the words out loud until they're usable.

Roleplay in pairs

You take the producer seat, someone takes the customer seat, and it gets uncomfortable. That's the point — better here than at the kitchen table.

Break down a real call

Bring a call you lost. We'll find the moment it turned and what you could have said instead.

Leave with one thing

Every session ends with a single change to make that week. Not a reading list.

Who runs it

My team hosts. I'm in the room.

The Lab is run by the people on my team who do this daily. That's deliberate — it keeps the material honest, and it means the training doesn't stop when I'm working with an owner one on one.

Your producers can attend

Membership covers your seat and your team's. Training that only reaches the owner doesn't change what happens on the phone.

Everything gets recorded

Sessions land in the on-demand library, indexed by objection and topic. A producer starting Monday can work through the archive instead of waiting for the next live call.

Miss one, nothing breaks

No cohort, no start date, no catching up. Show up the weeks you can.

The archive

On-demand library.

Every Lab session, recorded and sorted. Plus the walkthroughs that don't fit a live format — onboarding a producer, running a comp conversation, structuring a review.

The archive builds from launch — every weekly session lands here, so the shelf gets deeper every week you're a member.

87 of 100 founding seats remaining

First Lab lands the week of September 1.

No card today. Founding pricing held until enrollment opens.
