Three ways in, depending on what's broken.

Most owners start with the membership. Some need owner-level work on structure and hiring. Some need their producers trained directly. You can do one or all three.

01 — Membership

The Founding 100.

Everything I use to run my agency, handed over. Weekly live training, the full document library, my vendor list, and the recorded archive.

Sales Skills Lab

Live every week — Wednesdays, 11:00 AM Central. Roleplay and objection handling. Your producers can attend with you. See what a session looks like.

Document & template library

Producer agreements, onboarding checklists, comp plans, review agendas, service workflows.

Preferred vendor network

The carriers, tech, and service partners I use, with what I pay and what I'd warn you about.

On-demand video library

Every session recorded and indexed, so a new hire can catch up without you repeating yourself.

Direct access

A line to me for member questions. Not a ticket queue.

02 — Consulting

Owner to owner, one on one.

This is me, directly, on the problems that don't fit in a document: how the agency is structured, who you're hiring, how you're paying them, and what's actually capping your growth.

What we work on

Org structure and role clarity. Producer hiring and onboarding. Comp plan design. Retention and service load. Growth planning that survives contact with a real month.

How it runs

Standing one-on-one time on a set cadence, with work between sessions. I keep this list short on purpose — it's the constraint that makes the seat cap real.

Who it's for

Owners who have already outgrown doing it themselves and need the next structure, not more motivation.

Pricing

Quoted per engagement, based on scope and cadence. Start a conversation and I'll give you a straight number.

03 — Team coaching

Your producers, coached directly.

Owner training only goes so far if it has to be relayed. My team works with your producers and account managers on the actual mechanics of the sale and the service.

Producers

Discovery, quoting, the close, and the objections that kill deals at the kitchen table. Roleplay until it stops sounding like a script.

Account managers

Service that retains and rounds accounts instead of just closing tickets. Review cadence, cross-sell language, and handling the calls nobody wants.

How it runs

Format and cadence are set per agency — group sessions or dedicated time with your team. Ask and I'll map it to your roster.

Not sure which one

Tell me what's stuck and I'll tell you.
